We offer a range of classes for all levels and abilities including gentle to advanced yoga practice, private yoga sessions for personal tuition, beginners and intermediate yoga courses, meditation classes and courses and reiki. All of the teachers at moksha are highly qualified and experienced yoga teachers who are passionate about yoga and health and share their knowledge and appreciation of yoga practice in their classes with a unique and individual style. We also offer a variety of health and wellbeing programs incorporating yoga as a therapy and yoga intensives which are 3 hour classes focusing on specific aspects of yoga.
